Kirish: mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak tarbiyachi-pedagoglarning kasbiy malakalarini takomillashtirish mexanizmlari ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida pedagog kadrlarning kasbiy kompetensiyalari ta’lim sifati va samaradorligini belgilovchi asosiy omillardan biri sifatida qaraladi. Maqsad: XIX asr oxiri va XX asr boshlarida maktabgacha ta’lim g‘oyalarining rivojlanishini tahlil qilish va ularning bugungi kundagi pedagogik ahamiyatini ochib berish. Introduction: this article analyzes the mechanisms for improving the professional skills of future preschool educators from both theoretical and practical perspectives. professional competencies are viewed as a fundamental factor in ensuring educational quality in the modern system. Objective: to analyze the development of preschool educational ideas in the late 19th and early 20th centuries and to reveal their pedagogical significance. Materials and Methods: the study utilized methods of pedagogical analysis, comparative study, generalization, and critical analysis of scientific sources. Results and Discussion: the findings indicate that a competency-based approach, practice-oriented learning, and the use of ICT are vital. historical analysis shows that principles of free upbringing and play-based learning established in the past form the basis of today's modern preschool education. Conclusion: the integration of historical pedagogical ideas with modern innovative approaches serves as a key factor in enhancing the professional expertise of future educators.
