KIRISH: talabalarning o‘quv faoliyati yuqori aqliy yuklama, emotsional zo‘riqish va ijtimoiy mas’uliyat bilan kechadi. Ushbu omillar psixik holat orqali jismoniy salomatlikka ta’sir etib, psixosomatik buzilishlarning yuzaga kelishiga sabab bo‘lishi mumkin. MAQSAD: talabalar o‘quv faoliyati jarayonida psixosomatik buzilishlarni keltirib chiqaruvchi asosiy ijtimoiy-psixologik omillarni aniqlash. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ilmiy manbalar tahlili, talabalar orasida so‘rovnoma, stress darajasini aniqlash va psixologik kuzatuv metodlaridan foydalanildi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, imtihon stressi, vaqt yetishmasligi, akademik bosim, o‘qituvchi–talaba munosabatlari va ijtimoiy qo‘llabquvvatlashning pastligi talabalar orasida bosh og‘rig‘i, uyqusizlik, oshqozon-ichak buzilishlari kabi psixosomatik holatlarni kuchaytiradi. XULOSA: talabalar psixosomatik salomatligini saqlash uchun o‘quv yuklamasini muvozanatlash, stressni boshqarish ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish va psixologik yordamni kuchaytirish zarur.
INTRODUCTION: students' academic activities are accompanied by high mental load, emotional stress and social responsibility. These factors can affect physical health through the mental state and cause psychosomatic disorders. AIM: to identify the main socio-psychological factors that cause psychosomatic disorders in students during their academic activities. MATERIALS AND METHODS: analysis of scientific sources, a questionnaire among students, stress level determination and psychological observation methods were used. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the results showed that exam stress, lack of time, academic pressure, teacher-student relationships and low social support increase psychosomatic conditions such as headaches, insomnia, gastrointestinal disorders among students. CONCLUSION: to maintain the psychosomatic health of students, it is necessary to balance the study load, develop stress management skills and strengthen psychological support.
