KIRISH: sportchi talabalar uchun muvaffaqiyatga erishish faqat jismoniy tayyorgarlik bilan cheklanmaydi. Ularning psixologik holati, motivatsiyasi va ichki intilishlari ham muvaffaqiyat darajasini belgilaydi. Motivatsiya – bu insonning maqsad sari intilish kuchi bo‘lib, sportchilarda u muvaffaqiyatga erishish, murabbiy ko‘rsatmalariga rioya qilish va musobaqalarda yuqori natijaga erishish imkoniyatini yaratadi. Shu sababli, sportchi talabalarning psixologik xususiyatlari va motivatsiya darajasi ularning o‘quv va sport natijalariga qanday ta’sir qilishi dolzarb masalalardan biridir. MAQSAD: sportchi talabalarda muvaffaqiyatga erishish motivatsiyasining psixologik xususiyatlariga ta’sirini aniqlash, ularning motivatsiya darajasi, o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish qobiliyati va sport natijalariga bog‘liqligini o‘rganishdan iborat. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: tadqiqotda quyidagi materiallar va metodlardan foydalanildi. Sportchi talabalarning motivatsiya darajasi bo‘yicha so‘rovnomalar, psixologik testlar, murabbiylar baholari, sport natijalarining rasmiy ma’lumotlari, kuzatish, intervyu, so‘rovnomalar, psixodiagnostik testlar, statistik tahlil, taqqoslash va umumlashtirish.Tadqiqot davomida sportchi talabalar orasida motivatsiya darajasi va psixologik xususiyatlar bilan ularning sport natijalari o‘rtasidagi bog‘liqlik o‘rganildi. MUHOKAMA VA NATIJALAR: ushbu tadqiqot sportchi talabalar orasida muvaffaqiyatga erishish motivatsiyasining ularning psixologik xususiyatlariga qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishini aniqlashga qaratilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatdiki, sport bilan muntazam shug‘ullanish nafaqat jismoniy salomatlikni oshiradi, balki psixologik barqarorlik, intizom va o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish qobiliyatlarini ham rivojlantiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, sportchi talabalar bilan ishlashda ularning motivatsiyasini oshirish va psixologik barqarorligini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan metodikalar qo‘llanishi muhimdir. Shu maqsadda quyidagi tavsiyalar berildi. Talabalarni ichki motivatsiya bilan rag‘batlantirish; Stressni boshqarish va o‘z-o‘zini motivatsiyalash bo‘yicha treninglar tashkil etish; Jamoaviy va individual ishlash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish; Sport va akademik faoliyatni muvozanatli olib borish strategiyalarini ishlab chiqish. XULOSA: tadqiqot shuni ko‘rsatadiki, sportchi talabalar motivatsiyasi va psixologik xususiyatlari ularning muvaffaqiyatga erishishida muhim omil bo‘lib, ushbu omillarni rivojlantirish orqali akademik va sport natijalari sezilarli darajada yaxshilanishi mumkin. Tadqiqot davomida sportchi talabalarda muvaffaqiyatga intilish darajasi ularning psixologik chidamliligi, o‘z-o‘zini boshqarish ko‘nikmalari va stressga bardoshliligi bilan bevosita bog‘liqligi aniqlandi. Sport va ta’lim faoliyatini birgalikda olib borish jarayoni yuqori darajadagi psixologik moslashuvchanlikni talab qiladi. INTRODUCTION: for athlete students, achieving success is not limited to physical preparation alone. Their psychological state, motivation, and internal drives also determine their level of success. Motivation is the driving force toward a goal, enabling athletes to achieve success, follow coaches’ instructions, and perform at a high level in competitions. Therefore, understanding the psychological characteristics and motivation levels of athlete students and their effects on academic and sports performance is a highly relevant issue. AIM: the main objective of the study is to determine the influence of achievement motivation on the psychological characteristics of athlete students, and to examine the relationship between their motivation level, self-regulation abilities, and sports performance. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the study employed the following materials and methods questionnaires to assess the motivation level of athlete students, psychological tests, coaches’ evaluations, official records of sports results, observation and interviews, psychodiagnostic tests, statistical analysis, comparison, and generalization.The study investigated the correlation between motivation levels, psychological characteristics, and sports performance among students. DISCUSSION AND RESULTS: the results showed that regular participation in sports not only improves physical health but also enhances psychological stability, discipline, and self-regulation skills. When working with athlete students, it is essential to apply methods aimed at increasing their motivation and developing psychological resilience. Based on the findings, the following recommendations were proposed encourage students through intrinsic motivation, organize training sessions on stress management and self-motivation, develop teamwork and individual work skills, create strategies for balancing sports and academic activities. CONCLUSION: the study demonstrates that the motivation and psychological characteristics of athlete students are crucial factors in achieving success. Developing these factors can significantly improve both academic and sports outcomes. The level of achievement motivation among students is directly associated with their psychological resilience, self-regulation skills, and stress tolerance. Balancing sports and educationa activities requires high psychological adaptability. Therefore, support systems for athlete students should include not only physical training but also motivational, psychological, and pedagogical mechanisms.
