KIRISH: mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarida talabalar kasbiy ijtimoiylashuvini shakllantirishda ta’lim muhiti va pedagogik shart-sharoitlarning o‘rni ilmiynazariy va amaliy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. interaktiv ta’lim muhiti, pedagogik yondashuvlar, motivatsiya va amaliy faoliyatning ijtimoiylashuv jarayoniga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. MAQSAD: tadqiqotning maqsadi — talabalar kasbiy ijtimoiylashuvini samarali shakllantirish uchun ta’lim muhiti va pedagogik shart-sharoitlar tizimini ishlab chiqishdir. MATERIALLAR VA METODLAR: ilmiy maqolalar, ta’lim dasturlari, amaliy kuzatuvlar va interaktiv metodlar asos sifatida tanlandi. metod sifatida tahlil, taqqoslash va pedagogik kuzatuv qo‘llanildi. INTRODUCTION: this article analyzes the role of the educational environment and pedagogical conditions in shaping students’ professional socialization in higher education institutions, both theoretically and practically. the impact of interactive learning environments, pedagogical approaches, motivation, and practical activities on the socialization process is examined. PURPOSE: the purpose of the study is to design an effective system of pedagogical conditions for fostering students’ professional socialization. MATERIALS AND METHODS: scientific articles, curricula, practical observations, and interactive methods were used as the basis. methods included analysis, comparison, and pedagogical observation. RESULTS AND DISCUSSION: the findings show that interactive learning environments and motivational approaches significantly enhance students’ professional socialization. practical activities accelerate the development of social skills and professional adaptation. CONCLUSION: the developed system of pedagogical conditions serves as an effective tool for fostering professional socialization of students in higher education institutions.
